• Higher education; • 5+ years of work experience; • Language skills: Uzbek – native, Russian – fluent, English – intermediate; • Communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing; • Organizational skills: ability to plan, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; • Results-oriented: strong goal focus and willingness to work in a dynamic environment; • Teamwork: ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues; • Knowledge of warehouse sales methods and techniques.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing the profitable operation of the enterprise; • Management of the enterprise's production-economic and financial-economic activities in accordance with the current legislation; • Ensuring the fulfillment of all company obligations to founders, suppliers, clients, and creditors, including banks, as well as compliance with business and labor contracts; • Taking measures to recruit and retain qualified personnel; • Organizing the work and effective interaction of the company’s structural divisions; • Ensuring the legality, timeliness, and accuracy of document processing; • Ensuring proper calculation and payment of taxes and duties to the state budget, insurance contributions to social funds, and payments to banking institutions; • Ensuring timely repayment of debts to banks and suppliers; • Ensuring timely organization and oversight of annual audits; • Ensuring the execution of inventory checks for fixed assets, material assets, and cash funds.
