• Higher education; • 2+ years of experience in the IT business; • English proficiency at Intermediate level; • Knowledge of networking technologies and principles of conducting IT business in Ukraine; • General knowledge of Wi-Fi, Routing & Switching, IoT, GSM technologies, and ability to navigate solution designs; • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present and defend solutions; • Confident user of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel; • Experience in the B2B segment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Proactive actions to achieve set business goals, vendor KPIs, and MUK’s sales plan for Peplink and Cambium Networks; • Development of action and marketing plans to drive sales growth; • Analysis of the competitive environment and identification of opportunities for increasing sales of Peplink and Cambium Networks through MUK; • Managing inventory and ensuring timely stock turnover; • Maintaining an up-to-date price list; • Negotiations with vendor representatives to secure favorable terms, obtain important business information, and gain support for MUK initiatives; • Developing the partner network (sales channel) for the assigned vendor in target countries, identifying potential partners, assisting them in working with Peplink and Cambium Networks, and developing joint business initiatives; • Building mutually beneficial and trustworthy relationships with key partners; • Supporting partners in positioning and selling Peplink solutions in competitive environments, timely engagement of necessary resources for projects; • Preparing presentations, reports, and training sessions for partners, customers, and internal teams; participating in industry conferences and online/offline marketing events; • Collaborating with regional company offices, as well as sales, logistics, accounting, and other departments for effective project implementation; • Preparing specifications/commercial offers, calculating pricing considering the competitive landscape and delivery terms; • Negotiating with vendor representatives to obtain the most advantageous initial conditions; • Project management, working with the sales funnel, and preparing internal forecasts; • Passing required exams to obtain and maintain necessary accreditations.
