Requirements:

• Higher technical education in the field of information technology;
• 1+ year of work experience (preferably);
• Competent oral and written speech (English, Russian);
• Knowledge of network technologies;
• The presence of certificates of completion of courses, trainings or workshops of information security solutions of Palo Alto Networks, Cisco, Check Point or Fortinet would be an asset;
• Knowledge of OS UNIX platforms (Linux/Solaris/FreeBSD) at the administrator level would be an asset;
• Basic knowledge of firewall functionality of NGFW, VPN Access, Mobile access, Capsule VPN/Workspace, IPS, URL-filtering, App control, DNS Security, Smart Event, Multi domain management, SandBlast, Endpoint Security Сenter;
• Readiness for long-term cooperation with the company.

Responsibilities:

• Interaction and communication with MUK engineer as a mentor;
• Fulfill the assigned tasks of the mentor: theoretical tasks for studying the functionality and practical tasks for gaining experience;
• Preparation for conducting network projects and preparation of proposals for partners;
• Studying the necessary materials and knowledge bases to provide technical support for PaloAlto solutions;
• Studying and consolidating in practice the understanding of the customer's needs and the development of skills to form technical specifications from the vendor's solutions, considering the development of the customer in the future;
• Preparing and holding presentations on Palo Alto Networks products;
• Participation in online technical workshops and pilot testing;
• Permanent study of the vendor's products, training passing.
