Requirements:

• Higher education;м • 5+ years of experience in IT sales in the Tajikistan market;
• Language proficiency: English – intermediate, Tajik – fluent, Russian – intermediate;
• Practical experience in building and developing a partner network;
• Successful experience in managing sales, marketing, and/or product teams;
• Ability to develop commercial strategies and achieve KPIs;
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills;
• Quick adaptability to new IT solutions and business models (SaaS, subscriptions, MSP).

Responsibilities:

• Increase sales volume;
• Achieve sales targets;
• Develop strategies for the company’s business areas;
• Track and manage deals in CRM and report on them;
• Monitor and coordinate the implementation of plans of the company's entrusted vendors;
• Organize and participate in exhibitions, marketing, and corporate events to promote vendor products (marketing, both online and offline);
• Collaborate with local office staff, manage the company’s commercial department;
• Participate in planning and executing marketing activities;
• Drive business development;
• Monitor market trends and contribute to shaping the company’s local strategy;
• Identify new opportunities for successful company growth in the market;
• Monitor and analyze the market, demand trends, the state and trends in customer demand, study the needs of customers (clients/partners);
• Monitor local projects and tenders, promote vendor products within the framework of projects/tenders;
• Formation of product lines of the local warehouse in the context of entrusted vendors, ensuring conditions for the sale of goods from the warehouse, including through the B2B portal.
