Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 2+ years of work experience;
• Knowledge of languages: English and Russian;
• Good negotiation and presentation skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Organization skills;
• Discipline;
• Responsibility;
• Stress resistance;
• Ability to analyze and assimilate large amounts of information.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of IT market;
• Support of projects with the following delivery terms: DDP, CPT, FCA;
• Records management. Preparation of supply contracts and their approval with the relevant departments;
• Collection of necessary documents from partners and their provision to the relevant departments;
• Organization of document exchange with representative offices in other countries;
• Timely execution of relevant documents in CRM/1c;
• Preparation and control of document flow with partners;
• Interaction with suppliers and contractors;
• Control of accounts receivable with partners;
• Monitoring the dates of shipment of goods, timely informing the responsible manager;
• Maintaining a register of project agreements and annexes to them;
• Accounting and conducting transactions in CRM, reporting on them;
• Preparation of analytical information;
• Participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events;
• Fulfilling the instructions of the immediate supervisor.
